What's Happening? There's a lot going on in the library! April is Poetry Month! We have been reading and writing poems in the library this month. Kindergarten read all about penguins in their "Antarctic Antics"! 3rd Graders read and wrote their own shape poems! We also celebrated Earth Day on April 22nd by reading books that will help us remember to recycle! We read about "The Adventures of a Plastic Bottle" to learn where things go after we put them in the recycling bin. Fourth graders are preparing for Name that Book. Keep reading! Important Dates: Thursday, April 29th is our 200th Night of Reading! Thursday, June 10th is the Name That Book competition for 4th graders!
