This club is designed to encourage reading while giving students a personal stake in the library. Your child can donate a book to the library collection in honor of his/her special event (i.e. their birthday, graduation, etc.) That book can be a favorite title, by a favorite author, or can be chosen from my collection of recently acquired volumes covering an assortment of levels, prices and subject areas. A Bookplate will be placed in the front of the book indicating that it was donated in honor of your child’s special day and they will be the first to check it out.

If you would like your child to participate during this school year please fill out the form below. Children may make their selection anytime or you can come with your child before or after school. If you cannot come in personally you may send a note in with your child and I will send home a few books and prices so you can make the final decision.

If you’d like to participate let me know by filling out the form below and returning it to the Media Center, anytime during the school year.
