As you may know, the Paramus School District is in the process of selecting a new Superintendent of Schools. In order for the District to arrive at the best possible candidate, it is asking for input to assist the board in clarifying the profile of the final candidate that will be used during the screening process. The new superintendent will need many skills and attributes that will make that person successful in the position, but we are asking that you identify for us the most important ones that in your opinion will be critical for that person to possess here in Paramus.
