| Tips to Stay Fit from your East Brook Physical Educators Tips to Stay Fit from your East Brook Physical Educators Summer is a great opportunity to get outdoors and be active. Here are some suggestions if you are having trouble figuring out what to do. 1. Swim.......Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do. It keeps you cool and gets you fit! 2. Hiking......There are some great places to hike in North Jersey. Check out this website and have your family pick a place to go. http://www.localhikes.com/MSA/MSA_5602.asp 3. Bike.........Biking is another great activity that can be fun for the entire family. Get some friends or family together and go for a long bike ride. 4. Jogging........Get out and go for a 20 minute jog 2 or 3 times a week. 5. Summer time barbeques are the best!!!.......but make sure you are eating a balanced diet.
